Freedom...

If a community can be reoriented towards this new vision, mission, and core values, the energy that is had been directing into perpetuating anxiety can be successfully redirected into imagination. This return of imagination frees the system from the cycles of trying harder, repeating the same behaviors and expecting different results, and allows the community to ask brave new questions - rather than just seek the correct answer.[1]
