This past week marked the opening of CPC's 2016 stewardship season. Our preacher's sermon was titled "what do you love." He traced the theme of commitment and God's ownership over all things, building his sermon around Deuteronomy 30:6-10. The refrain of the sermon (attached below) was the question "what do you love." So to keep building on this question/challenge the band closed the service by playing an instrumental version of George Thorogood's rock classic "Who do you love." The familiarity of the song, its unmistakable riff, and its ability to get stuck in your head [HOPEFULLY] had people humming the song and remembering the service (and the central question of the morning- "what do you love") all day.
